Audio: I can do indoor and outdoor, Commercial and Residential. I have 3 tiers of audio. OSD and Yamaha are standard. MAGNA Audio and Dali, K-Array, XSCACE are Hi-End...of course B&O is luxury.
Lighting Control: I use Leviton and GE Lighting. I can utilize motion sensors to activate lighting scenes indoor and outdoor.. eliminating touching light switches.
Shades: Lutron and looking to use a company called SmartWings. Already ordered samples and will order a shade to test at home. SmartWings is like 1/2 the price of Lutron. Indoor and outdoor shades. If all is well...I look to be pushing it as a cost effective alternative.

I work with an IP phone company which say you get 8-12% of a business phone bill 'in perpetuity'. Nice residual model. Key is to get a business that use multiple lines like medical offices, restaurants, realtors office, schools, day cares, hotels..etc. They just need an introduction and they do all the sales pitching and work to get account. Would be a good opportunity in catching new businesses or one looking to upgrade from old phone lines.
I also do wifi networks for residential and commercial. I use business grade TPLink Omada.
Lighting and shades can all be automated thru individual apps or in concert linked thru Google Home. I'm doing it here at home, working flawlessly.
Lastly I can install camera systems..preferrably new builds/emodels or commercial. But can do an existing residential project.
